 Dads enjoy getting special gifts when it is their birthday, Father’s Day or just any day to remind them they are loved. On this segment of Great Day St Louis, we are making a Picture Magnet, Car Tool Box and a Golf Club Cover.

1) Picture Magnet – Every Dad has some kind of metal to hang a magnet where they work. They can hang it on a filing cabinet, locker, truck dash, etc. That way they can always have a picture of their loved ones close.
Materials:
- Any flat magnet (the advertising type that are all over everyone’s refrigerator)
- Picture
- Glue
- Stickers, jewels, and other decorative items (optional)
Trim picture to fit on magnet and glue.
2) Car Toolbox – There are so many times when we are out as a family and a situation arises that my husband says, “If I had a screwdriver, I could fix this”. Therefore, a little portable car toolbox with the basics is a winning gift.
Materials:
- Wipes Box
- Markers (permanent)
- Stickers
- Tools
Decorate box with markers and stickers. Fill with tools.
3) Golf Cub Cover – Dad will be so proud to take along his personalized club covers that are made with love on all his golf outings.
Materials:
- Adult Long Cotton Socks
- Fabric Markers
- Yarn
- Glue
- Card Board
- Felt material
Decorate sock and give eyes, mouth and silly hair. |
